This page is to give special credit for those that have worked so hard to trace this line of Rowland ancestors. Most are not professional geneologist and most often try to fit "bits and pieces" of information together. The information provided is not fully documented but a summary of the data we have found. Please remember that birth and death certificates were not available until about 1853 - 1912. So researchers have to look at census, deeds, baptism, wills and bible records to trace a family line. There is a certain amount of "word of mouth" information that cannot be documented, ie, Indian relatives.
